Appointment Scheduling Details
Please choose a convenient day and time that you would like Dentist R Us to come to your school! We set-up 30 minutes prior to seeing patients. We need a space with electrical outlets.
Reminders
- Set up appointment (start/end time)
- Download forms, copy, pass out to students
- Advertise that Dentist R Us is coming to your school! (newsletter, posters, email, text, announcements, etc.)
- Collect forms ( we need a minimum count of 25 students for cleanings and 10 students for fillings)
- Dentist R Us can come to your school every month (make your next appointment early)
